A few years back I had a chance to study Kyokushin for a period of time, I still utilize many of there techniques. Mas Oyama has become a hero of mine. Anyway, this work out is for advanced Karate practitioners. Even if you are new to this, give it a try, you will do some sweating. Be careful you could hurt your heal or feet. Warm salt water works nice on the feet after this workout.</p>
