They of course are single and I am a family man which means their lifestyle would not work for me but even if it could I do not think that is for me. They are fully dedicated to nothing but themselves. The results are bodies that look like they were carved from stone. They are truly a work of art. The rest of us can just sit back and enjoy the show.
This video covers how to use a punching bag. From my experience until you get used to punching a bag use a hand wrap or boxing gloves. Due to the weight of the punching bag, when punching it your wrists give way. Be sure to go full speed and fast strike gets you wind going fast and keep going until you cannot punch anymore.
