June 30 2010 I started my route down to fight weight. Have not been there in a while, but I made up my mind to start to do something about it.
I am not doing weight measurements, I am going by clothing sizes, because on the programs with exercise you can gain muscle so this could skew the weight numbers. Wish me luck.
If you want to get a sweat going give this Kyokushin karate workout a try. A few years back I had a chance to study Kyokushin for a period of time, I still utilize many of there techniques. Mas Oyama has become a hero of mine. Anyway, this work out is for advanced Karate practitioners. Even if you are new to this, give it a try, you will do some sweating. Be careful you could hurt your heal or feet. Warm salt water works nice on the feet after this workout.
This is a totally amazing video of a 5year old that will be one of next Olympic champions the way he is going. He does gymnastics and works out with weights. I just wish I could do flips and handstands as well as he does. Truly amazing. Now he does utilize the home surroundings for push ups and hand stands. Give the pushups and other exercises that he does a try, not the flips or hand stands but the rest, someone has taught him well
