Runners always speak about how freeing it is to run. How the sport gives them an access to let their minds run free and that is what draws so many to it. Then all you have to do is enjoy the restful feeling that many runners way they enjoy just after a run. Being able to go outside and enjoy fresh air as we exercise is not only good for the body but it is good for the mind as well.
