I had not realized how convenient Calling Cards could be until I was with a group of friends as we traveled. Our families had taken an airplane to our destination but we had to finish a big project we were working on before our departure. All of us being family men we made a pack with our children that we would call them on our journey there. My son made us promise that we would call them every time we passed a popular family restaurant. So we made a game out of it. I was surprised at how many of these chain restaurants there were! Our Phone Cards were smoking! The important thing is by the time we got there our children had felt like we had been with them the whole time. I asked my wife did she have any idea how many of those restaurants there were and her response was, “That is why it is cheaper for us to fly!” I told the guys I was glad we had our phone cards and one of the guys said that he makes certain his mother has International Phone Cards so they can be in constant contact where ever she travels. He feels good about the fact that she can contact him from anywhere.
