If you like to read a book that will give you a thought provoking way of looking at things then this is a book you want to read. This writer addresses problems that are occurring in today’s world. The writer Raj Patel has written a book called Value of Nothing. He addresses the steps we need to take to make our economy healthy again and to keep our world out of economic disaster. He addresses the fact that we are obsessed with pricing on things. Once the price has been set on something that price becomes it’s value in society. Now if you take a minute to think about the fact that we set a value of something by pricing it you will begin to see things from a different perspective. Who decided that price and is that a fair price for everyone everywhere? Many times we get use to seeing things and really never take the time to look at them and that is what this writer does for me. When I read his work I expect to read something that will leave me thinking and better educated on the subject he addresses.This new book should not be an exception to that rule for everyone.
