What is Weight Loss?
Well the definition of Weight loss in the context of your health is a reduction of your total body mass. From the News shows tell us that we are country of folks that is carrying a little too much extra mass. I agree to certain extent, but everyone’s build and chemistry is different. Two individuals of same sex and same height that carry two different weights can both be of equal health as well as not healthy. This will be discuss when the topic of insurance comes up.
Then you have like most of us that are intentional weight reduction students, where we try to reduce our total body mass in an effort to improve or health, fitness and maybe appearance.
