Hello world! Start of WeightLossPeak

Hello everyone.

This blog comes from the realization that after many years of not weighing myself and keeping track of me tonnage, I do have a few extra pounds added on.  As you coming into your forties the way you body acts towards the extra weight is starting to get noticeable. We are talking about half a hundred to get back into fighting shape. That will be covered later.

So please comment as much as possible on questions, suggestions or knowledge you have acquired during your time spent fighting the extra mass.
